Asia Speed Construction aims to be a leading one stop engineering solutions provider for the building and construction industry in Myanmar. Our services include Designs (Architectural, Structural and M&E), Project Management & Supervision, Construction and Interior Decoration in Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Governmental sectors. Our emphasis on Quality, Safety, Environment and Innovation has ensured that our projects are consistently delivered with the highest quality and optimum client satisfaction.

Asia Speed Construction is a member of PAHG Holding Company Limited (also known as PAHG) which is a subsidiary of the Royal Hi-Tech Group of Companies. We started our business in construction industry in 2003, under the name Asia Hi-Tech Construction as a lean outfit of 5 staff members. In 2008, we changed our company name to “Asia Speed Construction Company Limited”. Asia Speed Construction currently consists of 15 departments, operating with total staff strength of 150 and above 1000 general labors.

We are the first certified construction company in upper Myanmar that operates with the Quality Management System, ISO 9001-2015. We comply to Myanmar National Building Codes, Rules and Regulations of City Development Committee, ASCONS (Asia Speed Construction Standards) equivalent to CONQUAS.

We are a member of Myanmar Construction Entrepreneurs Association (MCEA) and Myanmar Engineering Society (MES).

She has 15 years’ experience in customer service and marketing field. A member of Pacific Asia Hi-Tech Group, She worked at Asia Brightway IT Co., Ltd, Asia Speed General Service and Asia Speed Construction Co., Ltd.

She has over 26 years of experience in Design drafting, building construction, and civil engineering sectors in Myanmar and Singapore.

Ms. Aye Thet Oo

General Manager

He has 39 years of experience in construction field and has worked on many multi-storeyed projects in Myanmar.

Mr. Khin Maung Lin

Chief Engineer

15 years of experience in planning, Marketing & Operation in both local and overseas projects. He has immense experience ranging from four-star hotel management, food and beverage marketing for famous fast food chain, port planning, operation and port services marketing, landed and high-rise property marketing.

He has over 15 years’ experience in Purchase, Store, Logistics, Supporting Department, and Construction Operation in Asia Speed Construction. Currently he is Assistant General Manager at Asia Speed Construction Co.,Ltd.
